Blizzard has been helping speed up the leveling between level 20 and 58 lately by handing out more xp from kills as well as from handing in completed quests. There are ways to help your leveling pace in World of Warcraft besides a hand from Blizzard though. Say hello to QuestHelper, a nifty wow addon that will calculate where you should go first and last and carve out a nice path for you when doing quests, pointing you from point to point.
I’ve already written about Cartographer and the nifty addons called QuestObjectives. Those addons will help speed up your questing, but there are ways to speed things even more, and that’s by using QuestHelper developed by Smariot with help from vipersniper currently. Quest Helper creates a list of waypoints for the quests in your log and then calculates the shortest route for you to minimize your travel time to complete them. You can set priorities for each quest and get the addon to calculate with priority in mind.
There are options to set filters for level, zone and done also. I’ll explain these quickly. You can set it to filter out quests that are too high or too low compared to your level, and you can filter so it only shows quests in your zone, or for multiple zones. Setting multiple zones might cause weirdness to happen though. Lastly you can filter by status done. This is by default off, because you generally don’t want to calculate the path to a quest you’ve completed.
All the info is displayed on the world map, and you can right click on objectives and such to get a menu.
You can share info if your party members have the addon. That way you can combine routes to make the most efficient quest runs together. This is still an addon under development and is bound to have bugs. The calculations can sometimes take time, and don’t be shocked if the addon crashes and stops working. The idea is great though, and when it works, it could save you a lot of time. You can find it at curse gaming:

Hey wat UI are you using in that photo
and if u can post the link to it
Hi BlooddemonLW!
I’m using the standard UI, but with many addons that change the layout. I use Bartender to change all my buttons for instance. Is there any particular part of the UI you are wondering about?
Cheers.
