There’s a lot of information to be found in World of Warcraft, and it’s not always easy to keep it all organized. Titan Panel is a lightweight wow addon that’s been under development in the past by TitanMod, Dark Imakuni and Adsertor, and current developers are HonorGoG, Lothaer, M_Nyte_Templar and Tristanian. Titan Panel is an action bar addon that gives panels on the top and/or bottom of the screen where you can attach a ton of different plugins with all kinds of features.
At it’s core, Titan Panel gives you the option to add a panel at the top and/or the bottom of your screen with a core set of plugins. The built-in plugins are:
- TitanAmmo
- TitanBag
- TitanClock
- TitanCoords
- TitanGoldTracker
- TitanHonor
- TitanItemBonuses (w/BonusScanner)
- TitanLootType
- TitanPerformance
- TitanRegen
- TitanRepair
- TitanRider
- TitanStanceSets (w/WeaponQuickSwap)
- TitanXP
These plugins give you a clock, info on your durability with aprox. cost to repair, what loot settings your party has, how much ammo you have left, how much gold you have left etc. etc. Now the Titan Panel framework allows addon creators to easily make a plugin for their own addon to work with Titan Panel. There are tens and tens of addons already that have plugins for Titan Panel like CritLine, HonorGrind and ItemRack.
If you are looking for something that organizes a lot of your addons and that gives you some practical info, Titan Panel might be the thing for you. It’s a competitor to another addon called FuBar, which is part of the WowAce family. I’ll be writing about FuBar shortly, since it’s my choice of action bars. I used to run Titan Panel in the past, but I heard FuBar was even more lightweight than Titan Panel, so that’s what I ended up with.
